GENERAL CONDITIONS<\/strong><br \/>By participating, entrants agree that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sponsor has the right to use winners&#8217; Second Life usernames, country of residence, and avatar likeness for promotional purposes (unless prohibited by law).\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Sponsor is not liable for any claims, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Promotion or use of a prize.<\/li>\n<li>If the Promotion is disrupted due to fraud, technical failures, or external interference, Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion at its discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION<\/strong><br \/>Except where prohibited by law, all disputes shall be resolved as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Winning entrants agree to attempt informal resolution with Sponsor.<\/li>\n<li>If unresolved, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules, with arbitration taking place in San Francisco, California, USA.<\/li>\n<li>Winning entrants outside the U.S. may alternatively pursue local consumer dispute resolution mechanisms where applicable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>8. PRIVACY &amp; DATA PROTECTION<\/strong><br \/>Entrants\u2019 personal data will be collected solely for the administration of the Promotion and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor\u2019s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (including GDPR for EU entrants).<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.
