With the latest update deployed to the Marketplace, we\u2019ve added the ability to nominate up to five additional residents as \u2018store managers\u2019.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">All store managers will have basic access to a number of abilities to assist the store owners in administration of their store:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Edit store details<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Edit product details<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">List an unlisted item<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">View store and product details<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-5198\" src=\"http:\/\/blog.zoha-islands.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/SL-Store-300x148.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"604\" height=\"298\" srcset=\"https:\/\/zoha-islands.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/SL-Store-300x148.jpg 300w, https:\/\/zoha-islands.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/SL-Store-1024x505.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/zoha-islands.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/SL-Store-768x379.jpg 768w, https:\/\/zoha-islands.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/05\/SL-Store.jpg 1170w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 604px) 100vw, 604px\" \/><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Store owners will also be able to provide the following additional permissions to their designated store managers, to be set individually. Store managers will be unable to perform any of these functions without the specific permission being granted:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Unlist an item<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Redeliver items (including changing automatic redelivery status)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Add\/remove revenue distributions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Add\/remove listing enhancements<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Change prices<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Regardless of individual permissions, we\u2019re always looking out for the interests of our store owners:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">All actions taken by a store manager are logged and review-able by store owners<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Additionally, no store manager will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Archive products<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Add\/remove other managers<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">To learn more about how store managers work along with the various abilities and permissions available, please consult our knowledge base article <a href=\"https:\/\/community.secondlife.com\/knowledgebase\/english\/second-life-marketplace-store-managers-r1531\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">detailing the feature<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Please take a look and let us know what you think.
